You can update your transactional email notification preference. Transactional emails are updates you receive about your credit score and report. Transactional emails cannot be turned off while keeping your Borrowell account active. You can update your transactional email notification preferences from a web browser or directly through the Borrowell mobile app.

found in the top right corner of the screen.
- Click on "Notification Preferences".
- Click on the "Credit Score and report update frequency" section.
- Select whether you prefer to receive weekly credit update emails or only when your score moves up or down.

From a Computer or Laptop:
- Click your name in the top right corner of the page.
- From the drop-down, select "Profile".
- Under Account Settings, click "Notification preferences".
- Select your preferred email frequency.
From a Mobile Web Browser:
- Click the three horizontal lines in the top corner of the page.
- Select "Profile" from the menu.
- Under Account Settings, click "Notification preferences".
- Select your preferred email frequency.
Note: Transactional emails cannot be turned off while keeping your Borrowell account active. To stop receiving all emails, including essential account updates, you would need to deactivate your account.
