You can update your transactional email notification preference. Transactional emails are updates you receive about your credit score and report. Transactional emails cannot be turned off while keeping your Borrowell account active. You can update your transactional email notification preferences from a web browser or directly through the Borrowell mobile app.
To change your email notification preference from the mobile app:

Click the
icon found in the top right corner of the screen.
- Click on "Notification Preferences".
- Click on the "Credit Score” and report update frequency" section to control your notification preferences.
- Select whether you prefer to receive our weekly credit update emails or only be emailed when your score moves up or down.
To change your email notification preference from a computer/laptop web browser or mobile web browser:
- Click your name in the top right corner of the page (if you are using a computer or laptop web browser) or click the 3 horizontal lines on the top left or right corner of the page (if you are using a mobile web browser).
- From the drop-down, select "Profile".
- Under Account Settings, click "Notification preferences".
- Select whether you prefer to receive our weekly credit update emails or only be emailed when your score moves up or down.

To stop receiving all emails from us, including essential account and credit score updates, you would need to deactivate your account. Please note that by deactivating, you will lose access to Borrowell’s services, including credit score monitoring and personalized recommendations.
