Currently, you are only able to update your banking information using our mobile app. Please login to the mobile app and ensure you have the most up-to-date version.
When you log in to confirm your rent payment, you will see a list of some of your bank transactions or credit card transactions. At the top of the list, click on “View more transactions”.
To change bank accounts, click “Change account”. You will then be presented with the option to connect a different bank account.
To change banking institutions, once you have clicked "Change account" you will be able to select "change" which will prompt you to connect to a different banking institution.
