We understand that life happens. If you miss a payment due to “NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS” (NSF) or “FUNDS NOT CLEARED”, we will attempt a second pre-authorized debit (PAD) payment for the same amount 15-30 days after your initial payment to bring your account up-to-date.
We will not attempt a second PAD if you have already scheduled to make up your missed payment through your dashboard. We will only attempt to schedule a second PAD once per missed payment.
If the second PAD is also unsuccessful, please head to your dashboard to make up your payment before your next scheduled payment date. Otherwise, it will be reported negatively to the credit bureau.
