To update your lease details, such as changes to your rent amount or rental address, for monthly rent reporting, please follow these steps:
Updating Your Lease Details
- Access Settings:
- Open the Rent Advantage app and log in to your account.
- Select the gear icon ⚙️ to access your settings.
- Change Monthly Rental Amount:
- Locate the section for your monthly rental amount.
- Select the current amount and enter the new amount you wish to update.
- Once you have made the changes, check the box at the bottom of the page to confirm your updates.
- Change Rental Address:
- Find the section for your current rental address.
- Select your current address and enter the new address details.
- After making the necessary changes, click on the “Confirm New Address” button at the bottom of the page.
- Save Changes: Ensure that all changes are saved before exiting the settings.
- Payment Portal Update: To make sure your Rent Advantage subscription invoice lists the correct address, click here to access your payment portal and update your address.
