If you would like to request a copy of the personal information we have on file for you, please send your request in writing to the Borrowell Privacy Office at privacy@borrowell.com. Please ensure you provide sufficient detail in your request so that the Privacy Office can address your request appropriately, including what specific personal information you are requesting.
Please note, we may request certain information for the purposes of verifying the identity of the individual seeking access to their personal information records.
Access to information requests may take up to 30 days to be processed.
