When submitting your documents for past rent payments, if you need to submit more than 5 attachments you must log in to our Help Centre portal. This will be separate from your regular Borrowell login.
Step 1: Log in to the Borrowell Help centre:
- Click on Log In in the top right corner OR by visiting this link.
- Use “Sign in with Google” or "Sign in with Microsoft", if applicable.
- If you don’t have a Google or Microsoft account, you can create an account with any email address by clicking Sign up in the bottom left corner.
- Once you enter your Full Name & Email address, you will be sent an email to create/reset your password.
Step 2: Submit your request:
- Click on “Can’t find your answers?” in the top right of the page.
- Fill in your Email address
- Select Past Rent Payment for “What is this inquiry about?”
- Enter Submission - Past Rent Payments for the Subject
- Upload your attachments and then click Submit
