Phone number verification is our backup identity verification process if you answered the identity questions incorrectly and/or if there is a mismatch of information between your Borrowell account and what Equifax has on file for you. Even though your phone carrier isn't supported for phone verification, you can still try again to verify your account by having your ID verification questions reset.
As a first step, please review your name, date of birth, and address in your Borrowell profile to ensure they are correct. If they are correct, please contact Equifax directly at 1-866-828-5961 to ensure that they also have your proper name, date of birth, and address, etc.
You can then contact us once you've updated your information on file with us or at Equifax. We can then proceed with resetting your account.
