To change your address in Borrowell, follow these steps to ensure that your information is updated correctly:
Step 1: Verify Your Address with Equifax
Before changing your address with Borrowell, it’s important to contact Equifax to confirm the address they have on file for you. This is crucial because updating your information with Borrowell does not automatically reflect in Equifax's records. Any mismatches may prevent you from receiving your credit report or score.
- Contact Equifax: Call 1-866-828-5961 to verify and, if necessary, update your address with them.
Step 2: Update Your Address in Borrowell
Once you have verified and updated your address with Equifax, you can proceed to change it in your Borrowell account.
From the Mobile App:
- Open the App: Launch the Borrowell app on your mobile device.
- Access Profile Settings: Click the icon
located at the top right corner of the screen.
- Edit Profile: Select "Edit Your Profile."
- Update Address: Under Personal Information, click on "Residential address" and enter your new address.
From a Computer or Laptop Web Browser:

- Select Profile: Choose "Profile" from the menu.
