How do I change my password?

To change your password for your Borrowell account, follow these steps based on whether you need to reset a forgotten password or update it for security reasons.


If You Forgot Your Password

  1. Reset Password: Click on the password reset link provided in the Borrowell login section.
  2. Enter Email: Input your Borrowell account email address and click the "Reset Password" button.
  3. Check Your Email: You will receive an email with a password reset link (expires in 60 minutes).
  4. Create New Password: Click "Reset My Password" in the email. Ensure your password is at least 8 characters and includes 1 number.

If You Want to Change Your Password While Logged In

    1. Launch the Borrowell app.
    2. Click the icon Settings Icon at the top right corner.
    3. Select "Edit Your Profile."
    4. Under Profile Information, click "Password" and follow the prompts.
  • From a Computer or Laptop:

    1. Log in and click your name in the top right corner.
    2. Select "Profile" from the drop-down menu.
    3. Under Account Settings, click "Update password."

    From a Mobile Web Browser:

    1. Log in and click the menu (three horizontal lines).
    2. Select "Profile."
    3. Under Account Settings, click "Update password."
