To change your password for your Borrowell account, follow these steps based on whether you need to reset a forgotten password or update it for security reasons.
If You Forgot Your Password
- Reset Password: Click on the password reset link provided in the Borrowell login section.
- Enter Email: Input your Borrowell account email address and click the "Reset Password" button.
- Check Your Email: You will receive an email with a password reset link (expires in 60 minutes).
- Create New Password: Click "Reset My Password" in the email. Ensure your password is at least 8 characters and includes 1 number.
If You Want to Change Your Password While Logged In

- Launch the Borrowell app.

Click the icon
at the top right corner.
- Select "Edit Your Profile."
- Under Profile Information, click "Password" and follow the prompts.

From a Computer or Laptop:
- Log in and click your name in the top right corner.
- Select "Profile" from the drop-down menu.
- Under Account Settings, click "Update password."
From a Mobile Web Browser:
- Log in and click the menu (three horizontal lines).
- Select "Profile."
- Under Account Settings, click "Update password."
