To access the Help Centre and view your Zendesk profile, including any open requests and recent activity, click Sign In in the top-right corner of the page and select Continue with Borrowell. You can then sign in using your existing Borrowell account credentials.
If you're already signed in to your Borrowell account before navigating to the Help Centre, you should remain logged in and won't need to sign in again.
From there, select the drop-down menu in the top-right corner to access your Zendesk profile. You'll be able to view and manage your open requests and your recent support activity.
Please note: If you do not have an active Borrowell account, you can still submit a support ticket without signing in.
