Why was my Refer-a-Friend reward cancelled?

For a referral to be eligible for a reward, the referred friend must:

  • Have a valid email address. 
  • Keep their Borrowell account in good standing.

If your referral does not meet these requirements, the pending reward will be cancelled and will appear as “Cancelled” in your Refer-a-Friend dashboard.
