Below is the expected timeline for what to expect after you’ve requested to cancel Credit Builder:
- Your bank will let us know once your final payment has been successfully processed (8 business days)
- After receiving confirmation from the bank that your final payment has been processed, we will close your Credit Builder and email you to confirm the total funds to be paid out to you (<5 business days)
- We direct deposit your funds into the bank account we have on file for you (10-15 business days)
The above timelines are estimates. Sometimes expected processing times can take longer, and we appreciate your patience. If it has been more than two months and your savings still haven’t appeared in your bank account, please let us know, and we can investigate further.
