Within our Rent Advantage umbrella, the service costs are as follows:
- Monthly rent reporting: $10 (+tax) per month.
- Past rent reporting: $99 (+tax), one-time fee.
- Rent reporting plus: $8 (+tax) per month and a one-time fee of $69 (+tax).
**Rent reporting plus is a combination of both monthly rent reporting and past rent reporting
These fees will be automatically billed to your credit card on file, ensuring efficient and seamless service.
