- Input Your Portion: When finalizing your monthly rent reporting subscription, you will need to provide the total monthly rent amount, but, you should only input the portion that you personally pay. This ensures that your reported payments accurately reflect your financial responsibility.
- Monthly Confirmation: Each month, when asked to confirm your rent payment, make sure to select or submit the transaction that corresponds to your share of the rent. This way, only your portion is reported to the credit bureau.
For past rent reporting, upon submitting your documentation, simply include additional notes, confirming your portion of the rent amount. Our team will handle it from there!
This flexibility allows you to benefit from the services, while sharing living expenses with another tenant, ensuring that both individuals can build their credit history based on their respective rent payments.
