Below are the troubleshooting steps to which may help if your rent transaction isn't detected when signing up:
If your rent payment was made very recently, please try again as your rent payment can take up to 4 business days to populate in our system.
First, please try reconnecting your bank account using this link. Your banking connection may have timed out. To reconnect, please select “change account” on the top left of the screen and try reconnecting your bank account.
If you paid rent in 2 or more payments, please note our system will not allow multiple payment selections at this time. In this scenario, please see the below instructions.
If you paid rent on a different date than usual, our system may not have registered your payment. In this scenario, please see the below instructions.
If the steps above did not resolve the issue, please review your bank statement to ensure your payment has been successfully posted by your bank or credit union.
