To cancel your monthly rent reporting subscription, please follow these steps:
- Log In: Access your Borrowell account and navigate to your Rent Advantage dashboard.
- Access Settings: Click or tap on the gear icon to go to your Rent Advantage settings.
- Subscription Management: Select "Subscription and Payment method" to be redirected to the Stripe portal, which is used for managing your subscription and payments securely.
- Cancellation Process: Within the Stripe portal, you will find the option to cancel your Rent Advantage subscription.
Please note that once you cancel your subscription, you may still use the service until the end of your current subscription term. Additionally, once your subscription is cancelled, you may not be able to re-subscribe in the future. Please contact our member experience team for additional information.
With a past rent reporting subscription, there is no cancellation process involved.
