To cancel Rent Advantage:
- Log in to your Borrowell account and go to your Rent Advantage dashboard.
- Click or tap on the gear icon to go to your Rent Advantage settings.
- Click or tap on Subscription and Payment method to be redirected to the Stripe* portal where you will be able to cancel your Rent Advantage subscription.
If you’re having trouble with cancelling Rent Advantage, please contact us and we can help. Please note that it may take up to 3 business days for a cancellation request to be processed. If you cancel Rent Advantage, you may use your subscription until the end of your current subscription term.
