The Borrowell app can only be logged in on one device at a time for security reasons. When you try to log in using a secondary or 'new' device, you will be prompted to release your 'old' device before you can sign in. From time to time, you may also receive this message to release the 'old' device while on your usual device, such as when you update the device software.
To sign in on the device you want, please follow the steps below:
- From your mobile app, enter your Borrowell log-in credentials.
- You'll then receive an email from us to "log in to the Borrowell Mobile App with a new device."
- Open that email and click on the button to "Release My Previous Device" (Note: The link is only valid for 60 minutes).
- After the old device is released, you'll be able to successfully log in using your Borrowell credentials.
