We are excited to share that you can manually confirm your rent transaction by manually uploading your proof of rent through your dashboard on both the mobile app and the web.
Each month after signing up for Rent Advantage, you will receive an email from Borrowell containing a link to confirm your completed rent payment.
Alternatively, if you can't find the email, please try confirming your rent payment by connecting with your bank, using this link.
If your rent transaction is not visible, please select “View more transactions”.
If your rent transaction is still not visible, please select “I can't find my rent payment”
Select the “Manual Upload” feature and upload your proof of rent payment.
Enter the rent due date, transaction amount, description, and any additional comments.
Our team will reach out if further information is required.
Please note that if your rent payment is not listed and was made very recently, please try again in 2-4 business days as your rent payment typically takes a few business days from the day it clears your account to populate in our system.
