Refresh Solutions Inc. is a subsidiary of Borrowell Inc. and is the originator of Borrowell Credit Builder. This means Borrowell is the parent company that owns or controls Refresh Solutions. When a payment is made toward Credit Builder, the transaction may be displayed as "Refresh loans" or "Borrowell Credit Loan" in your bank account transaction history.
Credit Builder will appear as a Borrowell account on your Equifax Canada credit report, and Borrowell will directly service any of your questions or requests.
Note: If you joined after June 2, 2026, you will have signed up with a card rather than a bank account. If you pay by card, Credit Builder payments will appear on your statement under “Borrowell”.
