Once your payment shows as failed on your dashboard, you can make up any missed payments directly through your dashboard here. When you are ready to schedule your payment, please follow these steps:
- On the top right corner of the screen, click ‘Make Payment’.
- In the One-time payment date field, enter the date you would like the payment to be withdrawn. (Please note, the earliest you can schedule a payment must be 2 business days).
- Check off the terms of the one-time payment agreement box and click ‘Confirm’.
To ensure this doesn’t disrupt your credit-building progress, it's important to make up your payment before your next payment date.
