To securely send us an attachment, please do so through our Help Center using this link. You will be prompted to submit a new ticket. Please include the attachment by clicking “Add File”. 

To securely send us personal information (date of birth, address, name, etc.), please do so through our Help Center using this link. You will be prompted to submit a new ticket. Please include the information in the Comment or Message section.
