How long after sign-up do I have to upload all the required documents?

If you’ve signed up for Past Rent Reporting or Rent Reporting Plus, we recommend submitting all required documents as soon as possible. This helps our Member Experience team review your information promptly and follow up with any questions if needed.

It’s important to note that if you were previously subscribed to our monthly rent reporting service, the rental payments you reported while actively subscribed, cannot be reported again through past rent reporting.

For example, if you were subscribed to monthly rent reporting for the previous 10 months, you can only submit an additional 14 months of past rent payments, prior to your monthly rent reporting subscription.
