Phone number verification is our backup identity verification process if you answered the identity questions incorrectly and/or if there is a mismatch of information between your Borrowell account and what Equifax has on file for you (more likely reason). Even though your phone carrier isn't supported for phone verification, you can still try again to verify your account from our regular method.
As a first step, please review your name, date of birth, and address in your Borrowell profile to ensure it is correct. If it is correct, I recommend contacting Equifax directly at 1-866-828-5961 to ensure that they also have your proper name, date of birth, address, etc.
Please contact us once you've updated your information on file with us or Equifax and then we can help to reset your account.
