To confirm your rent payment for monthly rent reporting, please follow these steps:
- Please try confirming your rent payment through our bank connection, by using this link.
- If your rent payment was made very recently, please try again as your rent payment can take up to 4 business days to populate in our system.
- If your rent transaction is not visible, please select “View more transactions” found in the top left corner.
- If your rent transaction(s) is still not visible after following the above steps, please select “I can't find my rent payment”.
- Select the “Manual Upload” feature and upload your proof of rent payment.
- Enter the rent due date, transaction amount, description, and any additional comments.
Please note that you can confirm your rent payments directly from your Rent Advantage dashboard 2 days after your rent due date. This ensures that your rent payment will be visible in our system. For example, if your rent is due on the 1st of the month, you can confirm your rent payment on the 3rd.
Our member experience team will contact you, if they require further information regarding your manual submission.
This process will not affect past rent-reporting members. Your rent documentation is requested/received upon sign-up, and you are not required to confirm your future rent payments afterward.
