Each month after signing up for Rent Advantage, you will receive an email from Borrowell containing a link to confirm your completed rent payment.
If you can’t find the email, or otherwise prefer, you can also confirm your rent through the link below.
- Log in to your Borrowell account here to be taken to your rent payment confirmation page.
- Select your most recent rent payment transaction.
If your rent payment is not listed and was made very recently, please try again in 2-4 business days as your rent payment typically takes a few business days from the day it clears your account to populate in our system.
If you still don’t see your rent payment transaction listed, please contact us as we are able to help! Please ensure to send us a screenshot of your rent payment displayed on your bank statement including your name, your account, the rent transaction with its amount, description, and date so we can manually update your rent payment.
Although your dashboard may say your payment will be “reported as missed”, as long as you have contacted us, we’re able to make the manual correction for you.
