You can change the two-step verification method by following the instructions below.
If you’re using the mobile app:
- After you’ve logged into your Borrowell account, click the icon found at the top right corner of the screen
- Select “Login and Security”
- Switch the toggle to ‘enabled’ for “Two-step verification”, and then follow the steps on screen
If you’re using a computer/laptop web browser or mobile web browser:
- After you’ve logged into your Borrowell account, click your name on the top right corner of the page (if you're on a computer or laptop web browser) or click the 3 horizontal lines on the top left or right corner of the page (if you're on a mobile web browser)
- From the drop-down, select "Profile"
- On the right, under “Account Settings”, select “Two-step verification” and then follow the steps on screen
