If your regularly scheduled payment date falls on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed on the next business day. For example, if your payment date is on a Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed on Monday, unless Monday is also a banking holiday, in which case it will be processed on Tuesday.
Additionally, if your payment due date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a Canadian holiday, we will extend the Payment Due Date to the following business day. This means your payment will be considered on time.
Note: Depending on when you joined, you may have set up your payments using a card rather than a bank account. If you pay by card and your payment date falls on a weekend or holiday, the payment will still be processed on that same day.
