For monthly rent reporting, you want to connect the bank account from which your monthly rent is paid. This ensures your rent payments are accurately reported to Equifax Canada. Please note that the bank account must be in your name and cannot be a spouse, relative, or friend.

For past rent reporting, your documentation will be submitted directly to our team for review, and you will not need to connect your bank account.
