For monthly rent reporting, we require a connected bank account with one of the supported financial institutions, to electronically verify your monthly rent transaction. Please note, only the financial institutions listed as a banking option, are supported. We hope to be able to support additional banks and credit unions in the future.
If you encounter any issues connecting your bank account, our members are able to confirm their rent payments by manually uploading proof of their payments online. Please see this article for additional instructions.
For past rent reporting, your documentation will be uploaded directly to our team, and your bank account will not need to be connected.
