Before changing your address, we suggest contacting Equifax first to verify what address they have on file for you. Updating your information with Borrowell doesn't automatically update it with Equifax. Any mismatch of information between Equifax and Borrowell may prevent you from receiving your credit score/report.
You can contact Equifax at 1-866-828-5961 to confirm the address you have on file with them and update it there as well before changing it in your Borrowell account.
Once you're able to verify your information, please follow the instructions below to update the address on your Borrowell account:
To change your address from the mobile app:
- Click the icon found at the top right corner of the screen
- Click on "Edit Your Profile"
- Under Personal Information, click "Residential address"
To change your address from a computer/laptop web browser or mobile web browser:
- Click your name on the top right corner of the page (if you're on a computer or laptop web browser) or click the 3 horizontal lines on the top left or right corner of the page (if you're on a mobile web browser)
- From the drop-down, select "Profile"
- Under Contact Information, click "Edit Profile"
